CANCELLATION POLICY
WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract before or after the finalization of the order, i.e. within 72 hours BEFOREthe service is to be provided.
In order to exercise the right to cancel / withdraw the order, the following specific procedure must be followed:
- To inform the COMPANY WITHIN 72 hours via e-mail at info@wellnessemotion.gr about the relevant decision, stating "CANCELLATION OF ORDER & the order code".
- Our COMPANY, as soon as the receipt of the cancellation declaration reaches us, will return its money, immediately and without interest.
The customer’s payment will be reimbursed without interest using the same method as the payment made.
