PAYMENT POLICY
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online platform, the customer’s order can be paid using one of the following alternative payment methods:
- CREDIT / DEBT CARD(no charge)
- DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT (any bank charges are borne by the Customer)
- CASH
You can pay the value of your order by debiting your credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) following the relevant procedure in our online store, through the secure banking environment of Piraeus bank.
It is possible to pay the value of the order by deposit in one of the following bank accounts of our company:

Your order can only be processed once the total value of the order has been paid within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
Due to the time required to manually process your order, this payment method can only be used up to 7 days before the date your service will be provided.
For your faster and better service, please send us a copy of the deposit order, within 24 hours, via e-mail to financial@wellnessemotion.gr, stating as reason your order number and your name.
Note: Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.
Choosing this payment method, you will be required to use one of the aforementioned payment methods for a mandatory deposit equal to 20% of the total value of your order. Then prior to delivery of service, you will pay the remaining amount to your service provider in cash. Choosing this payment method, you will receive a discount equal to 10% of the total price of your order.
